Model 77 - "Lacuna"

(Picture coming soon!)

Many of the folks in the comp.sys.ibm.ps2.hardware newsgroup prefer the Bermuda PS/2 over the Lacuna. I suppose that many of them think the Lacuna isn't as "true" of a PS/2 since it has non-IBM video and IDE.

Although XGA-2 is a nice adapter, I like the fact that you can get 800x600 at 64K colors under Windows 9x and NT with the Lacuna.

While the Lacuna is nowhere near the stable system that the Bermuda is, it is certainly usable. I think that the Lacuna is great for Windows 98 (which doesn't run correctly on most PS/2s due to IBM SCSI issues) while the Bermuda is excellent for everything else.
